Lea is Marie Sklodowska-Curie Global Research Fellow at Yale school of forestry and environmental studies and Centro Euro-Mediterraneo sui Cambiamenti Climatici. She has co-authored papers in the field of economics of climate change and non-market valuation of environmental resources. Dr. Nicita’s current research emphasis is on climate change impacts and adaptation, and the valuation of ecosystem services. In particular, she work on the assessment of climate change impacts on agriculture, climate perceived risks and adaptation, and the resilience of agricultural systems. She works also on valuing environmental risks.
